Sharief Ali is a writer, producer, and podcast creator with extensive experience developing sports and entertainment content across television, digital media, and podcasting.
 

He began his career as a production assistant at FOX Sports, eventually rising to become a writer and producer on The Herd with Colin Cowherd. From there, he moved to DAZN, where he helped produce the award-winning documentary One Night: Joshua vs. Ruiz.
 

Sharief later worked closely with The Volume Podcast Network and Peyton Manning’s Omaha Productions, helping revamp several shows and develop new projects. He has also contributed to show development and creative strategy for multiple platforms, including the hit Netflix series WWE Unreal.
 

In addition to his production work, Sharief is the co-creator and host of The Paulie and Tony Fusco Show, which he launched with longtime collaborators Andrew Samson and Jason Hom. The show was eventually picked up by FOX Sports Radio and won Best Sports Comedy at the Sports Podcast Awards in consecutive years. The show now generates millions of social media views each month and thousands of weekly podcast downloads.
 

Sharief later joined WWE as a writer and producer for Friday Night SmackDown before moving into a leadership role overseeing WWE Podcasts as Director of Audio Programming and Production. In that role, he helped revamp WWE’s podcast lineup and develop new audio programming across the company’s growing digital platforms.
 

Today, through Flawless Show Productions, Sharief works with creators on show ideation, creative development, audience growth strategies, and pitch development—helping bring new ideas to life and build shows that stand out.
